HR Coil

HR Coil

Product Description

Hot Rolled Coils are made by continuous rolling of steel through fully automatic rolling mill at high temperature, generally over 1,000 degrees Celsius . This process involves passing Billets through rollers at high speed above the metal recrystilaztion temperature. Under the brand name Rajdhani, the company focus on documented procedures and well established SOP created by industrial professional for inspection and testing of all material manufactured during this stage of production

Features

  • Steel coils and strips are produced with a highly adaptable manufacturing process, which are extensively used for making pipes and have many direct industrial and manufacturing applications, including the construction of tanks, railway cars, bicycle frames, ships, engineering and military equipment and automobile and truck wheel caps, frames and body parts.
  • By varying the composition of the molten metal , it is possible to produce HR Coil with a variety of different grades and qualities to achieve the requirements.

Advantages of hot rolling steel:

  • Cost-efficiency because it requires much less processing than cold rolled steel.
  • Free from internal stresses that arise while cooling since it left to cool at room temperature.
  • Ideal for applications where accurate dimensions are not important as steel strength.

Common applications for hot-rolled coils include:

1: Constructions.
2: Railroads.
3: Truck frames.
4: Automotives.
5: Guardrails.
6: Steel doors,shelves and tanks.
7: Shipbuilding.
8: Gas containers.
9: Pipes and tubes.
